Membership Photo Usage Rights

Terms & Conditions

Each account is manually reviewed prior to being activated for use. This normally happens within 24-48 hours or less. If for some reason your account is not approved, you will receive a full refund. David Beans Studio reserves the right to terminate your privilege of using all or any portion of the website if you violate any of these terms and conditions of use.

If David Beans Studio receives notice or otherwise discovers that you have used posted material that infringes our copyright or trademark rights or violates another party's rights of privacy or publicity, David Beans Studio may terminate your access to the website, including all of your privileges or accounts that you may have established in connection with the website. Accounts terminated because of misuse will not receive any refunds.

Permitted Uses

Photos available in the membership section can be used:

  • Personal Downloads
    Download photos to your personal computer for private use

  • Personal Prints
    Create prints for your personal use and enjoyment

  • Personal Display
    Display prints in your own personal setting or home

Prohibited Uses

Photos available in the membership section will NOT be used:

  • No Distribution
    Photos cannot be distributed to parties outside of your immediate family, whether electronically or printed

  • No Commercial Use
    Photos cannot be resold, traded, or used to receive any benefit or profit

  • No Website Publication
    Photos cannot be displayed or made available on any website, whether personal or otherwise

  • No Marketing Use
    Photos cannot be used in advertising or marketing pieces, whether printed or digital

Account Sharing Policy

Each user account is limited for use by one household and the family members residing in that household. The David Beans Cleburne High School Galleries logs all usage from each member account to include the IP address, location, browser, and computer information.

If an account is used from multiple IP addresses, our system will flag the account for review to determine if usernames and passwords are being shared. Accounts that have been used by multiple parties residing outside of the primary household may be terminated. Terminated accounts will not receive any refunds.

David Beans Studio reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions immediately by posting the changed Terms and Conditions on this website.
