A $1,000 scholarship is available from the Johnson County chapter of the Texas Exes Club. If you are a senior and have been accepted to the University of Texas you are eligible for the scholarship. The deadline for applying is April 25.

Information is available in the counseling center for the Neta and Robert B. Mayfield, Jr. General Rudder Scholarship. This is for students in the Texas A&M University core of cadets. The scholarship amount is $25,000 per academic year.
Volunteers are needed this summer for Wall Regional Hospital. If you are interested see Mrs. Gosdin in room 9C for an application. Return the completed applications to her by April 30.
The Goss-Michael Foundation scholarship for graduating seniors who are pursuing a degree in visual arts and the Rexanna’s Foundation scholarship for students impacted by cancer now have applications available in the counseling center.

Information for the Jesse Fantroy scholarship for African-American graduating seniors is now available in the counseling center. The deadline is May 3.
The Barbara Vaught Scholarship information for graduating female students is now available in the counseling center. The deadline is April 14.
Senior Announcements
Parent permission forms for graduation and Six Flags are due now!!! Bring the completed forms to room 233.
Six Flags tickets will be sold on May 23rd. Ticket cost $25 each. You will also need money for food and drinks.
All debts must be cleared before you can buy a ticket for Six Flags.
On May 23rd, caps and gowns will be delivered. You will take the official senior picture that day, also.
Pictures for the May 28th memory program are due to Mrs. Williams by April 11th. Put the pictures or CD in a zip-loc bag and give them to Mrs. Williams in room 233. Do not confuse these pictures with the senior baby ad pictures for the yearbook. Mrs. Davis will not take pictures intended for the slide show.

Deadlines for all lessons and final examination requests must be submitted to Texas Tech distance learning no later than April 15. Final exams for TTU must be taken by May 7 to guarantee grades for graduation.

Varsity baseball plays Mineral Wells here tomorrow at 7 p.m.
The varsity and junior varsity softball teams travel to Everman tomorrow. Varsity plays at 5:30 p.m. followed by JV at 7 p.m.
