HOSA meets tomorrow at 7:45 a.m. in room 9C. Officer elections will be held at this time.
Sophomore class officer elections are tomorrow during all lunches.
UIL journalism meets every Wednesday from 8 to 8:25 a.m. in room 106.
You may pick up your 2007 yearbook during lunches or after school. Mrs. Davis has a list of who paid for yearbooks. If you name is not on the list, then you must bring a receipt signed by her or a copy of a cancelled check as proof of purchase. You may not pick up another student’s yearbook without a written note with a contact telephone number from the person whose book you are picking up.
FCA meets next Monday at 7 p.m. at the Oasis. A Bible study on the Parables of Jesus will begin at the meeting. Everyone is invited to attend. The meeting will end around 8 p.m.
On Saturday, Sept. 29 from 8 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., the Counseling center will host a SAT preparation seminar presented by TEST PREP Seminars, Inc. The cost is $85 for the one day seminar. Children of school district employees receive a $20 discount. If you didn’t receive a letter from the counseling center and want to attend stop by the counseling center for further information. The seminar will be held in the PAC.
See You at the Pole will be next Wednesday at the Flag Pole starting at 7 a.m Please join us at the flag pole as we pray for our school and country. There will be a celebration that night from 6-9 on the commons sponsored by FCA and local churches that will include food and games. Please join us that evening as we celebrate what God has done that morning.

Senior Class officer pictures will be taken during second period on Thursday.
Sports:
The Lady Jackets play Joshua there Friday. Game times are 5 and 6 p.m.
JV tennis plays Burleson here Friday at 4 p.m.
JV volleyball plays in the Keller tournament on Saturday. Times are not available.
The Jacket cross country teams run in the Baylor Invitational in Waco on Saturday and the Lady Jacket cross country teams travel to San Antonio for a meet on Saturday.
